I am looking for any info on Joab Gauntt: b 1830 OH Came to IN about 1835. Was found in 1850 censes in White River Tws, Randalph Co IN in the home of Richmond Moorman. Possibly a farm hand as that became his occupation. His neighbor was Uriah Gauntt possibly an uncle. in the 1860 and 1880 censes, he is in Sims IN. Maybe any of Uriah's descendants would know more. Father -possibly Ezekiel who died in 1835-6 His wife Mary Hyatt,Gauntt died in 1838-9. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
