I am looking for any information about my birth relatives. What I know is that I am Debra, born April 6, 1957, adopted a few days after birth by Jack and Elsie Feldman, of Maplewood, NJ. Birth certificate was issued in West Chester, PA. What I am pretty sure about is that I have seen a "Termination of Parental Rights",indicating my birth mother's maiden name as Sylvia Arlene Kopp or Kopps. The adoption was privately arranged by a pediatrician. What I've been told is that my birth mother was a nurse in her mid 30's when she got pregnant, and that my father was a doctor who died of cardiac arrest at some point during my gestation.
