I'm a female adoptee in search of my Birthfather "Pug"- non-identifying info states in 1961 he was 17, tall, dark or black hair, good looking, dropped out after his junior year in high school, might have worked at a gas station, had 3 brothers- one younger and two older, lived with parents in VA. When told of pregnancy, dissapeared and my birthmother heard he joined the Navy. This info may have been made up, I'm not sure. I've found my birthmom, and she does not wish to discuss him with me further. Is there a school record of drop-outs from 1961 in areas close to D.C. I could access?
