Dorothy Lee Givens: I am seeking my birth parents. My given name at birth was Dorothy Lee Givens and I was adopted through Children's Home Society of Missouri. I was adopted in St. Louis, MO in 1962. My birthday is 6-28-62 and the adoption decree was signed 8-16-63. I believe I was placed with my adoptive parents, Edwin and Delores Schwartz, on August 17, 1962 because that is the day the foster parent agreement was signed and that was the day of the first court hearing on the matter.
