my name is suzanne. I am 38 years old and just recently sent off for my original birth certificate to find out any information that i can. I was born in anniston, alabama at anniston memorial hospital on May 4 1969 to Hilda Rosemary Thagard. I would at the very least like to find out any medical history being that I have 4 children of my own. If anyone can help me please contact me.
