I am looking for my birth mother and half sister. I was born May 22, 1966 at St. Anthony Hospital in OKC, OK. My birth-name was Mary Ann Gay. My birth mother kept me until I was appr. 7 weeks old. After being adopted, my name was changed to Kelly Jean. I have a half sister who was appr. 8 years older than me. Her name is Julie (Gay). I know she was married in 1985, living in the Houston, Tx area and had 3 children. Julie has brown hair and I think blue eyes. I also had a half brother, Harold Alan Gay, who was killed in an auto accident on 8/3/81. His last known address was 77017 Houston, Harris, Tx. He was born in Oklahoma on 3/16/59 and his social #443-62-4182 was issued in Oklahoma in 1972. Harold also had brown hair and a thin mustache. I have a photo of him wearing a felt cowboy hat and a chambray cowboy shirt. My birthmother's name is Barbara. At the time I was born her last name was Gay, but I know she got married in the early 1980's so her last name has changed. At the time of her marriage she was living in Houston, Tx. My adoption was private, handled through an attorney that was a cousin to my adopted mother. My Aunt Edna knew Barbara and that is how my parents got the opportunity to adopt me. In 1985 Barbara wrote me a letter(delivered by my aunt) and included the photo of Harold and a photo of herself and Julie. Barbara lived in the Greater OKC area for several years after the adoption before moving to Texas. I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I have hit a brick wall. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
