Elvi Lampi is the birth mother of a baby girl who was born December 27th, 1945 in Framington, MA according the the adoption papers. The story told was that baby Lampi was born premature and stayed in the hospital for a couple of months. The adoption of baby Lampi was finalized in 1947 in Norfolk County, MA. She was adopted by the Carrolls. Elvi Lampi wrote a letter to the adopted parents requested them to adopt her child. The letter was written on Jan 30, 1945. At the time the letter was written Elvi was living in Farmingham, MA.
