I am looking for any information about Robert James born maybe around 1780 . There was a Robert James listed in the 1800 census of Charleston SC. He married a Charlotte LOCKE in Lancaster County Virginia in 1805. This union brought at least four daughters and two sons. The names are Susan,Louisa, Margaret and Mary and the sons might be David and Blount,all were born between 1805 and 1830. They came to White County AR about 1830 and the girls all married my ancestor James King b.1802 either from TN or SC.
