Looking for Frenz, Schanzle, Wieland Family of Schwabisch Hall, Germany. My Mother's name is Ilse b. Sept 1942, adopted maiden name Schanzle, her sister is Karin Schanzle b. Sept 1944. Schanzle is thier adopted name from mother's second husband, Schanzle. Ilse and Karin's mother is Klara Frenz b. Dec 7 1920 d. July 2 1961 [1st married name unknown (mother said her real father was from Ireland and died in Duisburg, Germany), 2nd married name Schanzle, 3rd married name Wieland. Mr. Weiland was married to Klara's sister Elisa until Elisa died of a heart attack and thus Mr. Wieland married Klara]. Klara lived in Schwabisch Hall. Klara's father is also of Schwabisch Hall. Klara's mother perhaps lived around or above St. Michaels Church. Frenz b. unknown d. abt 1952-53 he was in his 60's - 80's, mom and Karin say. wife unknown - she perhaps lived above or beside St. Michaels Church at one time and my mother says she lived around the corner from the church at one time. She called it Nonnenhof. Ilse and Karin lived across from St. Michaels Church, and would slide down the steps in the winter on sleds, until they got in trouble. :) Children born to Frenz and wife are: Elisa Frenz, Luise Frenz, Klara Frenz and Hans Frenz. Elisa married a man surname Wieland and they had Gisela Wieland, Ingrid Wieland, Rolf Wieland, Ursula Wieland. Another sister of Klara's was Luise she married a Noller and had children: Gertrude, Hans, Hildegard and Luise. I will gladly accept the information on Frenz, Wieland & Schanzle.
