 Information on descendants of William Greene Singleton, born 1793 in Montgomery County, NC, to Edmund Singleton and wife Elizabeth, married Elizabeth Hurt and moved to Pickens District, SC, and Rabun County, GA. Three of five children are known: Edmund, Dudley, and Arminda Jemima. Edmund and Dudley married Coffee sisters and migrated to Benton and Washington counties in AR in the 1870s. Three of Edmund's sons, Daniel Madison, Robert Lewis, and Dudley Terrell, moved to Delta County, TX, where they married Foster sisters.
