I am looking for Kay Ann DeCoteau born on 4/18/1970 in Williston, ND (ss # 502-68-5961) and Jerry Dean DeCoteau born on 10/18/1971 in Williston, ND, (ss# 502-72-4849). I realize that their names and social security numbers have been changed, but somewhere out there are the records or something about them and their whereabouts. They were taken from me in 1972 by Williams County Social Services and put up for adotion through Catholic Charities out of Fargo, ND. I am their Mother and I NEED to find them. I was lied to by my caseworker and she had me sign papers, which I found out later were papers to relinquish my rights as their mother. I was told if I completed programs, that I could have my kids back within a year, and that they would be in foster care. This did not happen, they were put out for adoption. I have been searching for years and keep hitting roadblocks. Please, someone out there knows where my kids are. I will never give up my search. They need to know about my medical conditions and my need to find them. I think of them day and night and my life will not be complete until we are united.
