I am looking for any information about Ernie Ayres Preston. Ernie is her proper name as far as I can tell. She was born in Texas near Cisco,Eastland cty,to Robert E. Ayres born in W.Virgina in 1852 and Emma C. Gude of Tennesee.Emma was born in 1862.Ernie had brothers and sisters. Willie Mae born 1884 in Cisco,Tx;Modena Lee born in 1888 in Cisco, Elmer born in 1892 near or in Dublin ,Tx.Jesse Martin born in Ok. in 1906.She was married to Mona Preston, a horse trainer, in Texas,probably Uvalde.
