I am seaching for both biological parents. I was born October 26, 1982 in Floyd Medical Center in Georgia. I know that my birth mother's first name is Sheila and that my father required a confidence agreement at my adoption. I know that she stayed at the hospitaity house in ROme till i was born and Floyd Roebuck helped with the adoption. PLEASE, Me and My son are very sick and we need to find out medical records.
