My name is Corey Scott Richardson. I am searching for my biological mother who put me up for adoption in 1969. My birthday is 4/22/1969, I am male and was born in Henry County. I am in need of medical information from my biological parents, I have no idea if there is anything in my bloodline I need to be concerned about for my children & myself. I have no information about my birth parents...my last name now is Richardson. I do not want anyone to feel obligated for any reason, other than just medical history.
