I am looking for the birth certificate of Patrick James Whelan, who gives St Pauls, Dublin as his place of birth on his WW1 army record. His date of birth is given as 19th March and the year as either 1888 or 1889, although I have seen from marriage and death certs that it could be 1887 or 1890 as well. his father was John, an engine driver and his mother was Marie or Maria. if anyone can find a certificate reference that I can order, I'd be grateful. Thank you.
