McMahons in Australia. Searching for the family of Denis (Donat) McMahon born Co Clare Ireland abt 1820. His 2 brothers were Patrick born 20/3/1816 in Quin Co Clare and Michael born Co Clare abt 1818. Their Parents were Edmund McMahon and Mary Toughy. I have been told that Denis's children went to Australia in the late 1800. I do know a g/son of his visited Spancilhill abt 1930. Verity Couchman? his g.g.g/daughter also visited Clare in 1970. Patrick McMahon was my ggg/father and I would love to catch up with my distant cousins in Oz.
