My birth mother was named Carol Foster when she gave bith to me at age 16. She lived in the area of Burlington Iowa in Des Moines county. I was born on May 7 1956. It was a private adoption through the police matron in Burlington who was helping her and arranged a place for her to live with a Hillyard family in Mediapolis. They were related to her somehow and she got moved when other relatives were coming to visit. Her alias at the hospital was Sally Parker. The doctor, the judge, the lawyer and the police matron are all deceased now. She later got married and had 3 or 4 children is my understanding. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
