I am researching the Higgins families from Skreen, County Sligo. They were members of the Church of Ireland. Family heads were Michael, William and Samuel. William married Jane Mitchell; Michael married Margaret Irwin; and Samuel married Mary Ann McMaster. William and Jane had four children that I know of, but probably more. Their names are Mary Jane (who married George Brett), John (who married his cousin Margaret Higgins), Sarah Anne (who married Robert Harte), and Thomas (who married Anna Scott from Dromore West).
