I am looking for my full sister, she was born 7-15-1971, I think the attending Doctor was Dr. Raymond Decker. The adoption was through the Lutheran Family Services, in Spokane. She had Yellow Jaundice and had to stay in the Hospital for a few extra days. Mom worked for Dr. Decker and his wife Bernadette. He adopted father may have been an architect, but not positive.
