I am David Andrejczuk and I am looking for my mother, father, sister, and/or brother. I was born on November, 24, 1990 at 1:54 a.m. in Marshall, Michigan. I weighed 6lbs., 120z., and my height was 19". My mother's blood type is A- and my blood type is O+. My birth mother was 25 when I was born. Her height was 5'2", weight 100 lbs. She had a small frame, blue-gray eyes, sandy brown hair, fair skin, caucasian. Her nationality background is German, Dutch, English, Irish and American Indian. She is described as quiet and shy, with a nice sense of humor. She smoked tobacco, 1/2 pack a day, but didn't use alcohol or drugs. She is a Highschool graduate, and was a "B" student. She plays the flute, and was offered a college scholarship, which she did not accept. Her goal is to become a registered nurse. She likes to go out walking, bike riding, tennis, boating, fishing, and swimming.
