WOOLLEY

Query Text:

We are looking for birth records of George and John WOOLLEY George WOOLLEY was born in England around 1759. He married Charlotte. He immigrated to the United States in 1807 and was a registered alien in the War of 1812. He died in 1826 in what is now Hamilton City, Indiana. His occupation was listed as a weaver. His first son was John WOOLLEY who married Martha. We suspect he came to the United States prior to his father since he is not listed as an alien in the War of 1812. He also purchased land in Indiana and was a farmer. He died in 1827. We know this information from their wills which were signed with an X, so they did not read or write. I would appreciate any information you could give me or recommend another site to contact.
