I am a female born on October 12, 1982 @ 7:24 PM in Springfield, IL. I believe that I was born at Memorial Medical Center and I was adopted by Karl and Carla in Chatham, IL. I believe that my OB/GYN may have been Dr. James Singleton. I am now 25 and happily married with two children. I am not out to rehash any circumstances or memories but would love to see a picture of my birth parents/siblings. Please let me know if you have any information.
