I am looking for my half-brother who was born in a Miami area hospital at the end of May in 1966 and (presumably) immediately adopted. Both of his parents were blond haired and blue eyed, his birth-mother was 17 when he was born, she was from Delaware and only in Florida for the pregnancy and birth.
