I am searching for my birth mother, father, sibling, or grandparent. Primary reason for search is for medical background. Birth date was 8/23/79, birth certificate says Raleigh, NC but appears to be back-dated. Adoption date or the date I was brought home to my adoptive parents was 10/30/79 through The Children's Home Society of North Carolina in Greensboro, NC. I have very dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, medium height,high cheekbones. I have been told that my birth mother was a smoker and that I was the product of an affair, but neither is confirmed.
