My name is Donald Potts, Jr. and I am 37 years old.I have recently been told that I was adopted. I am looking for my biological parents and or siblings. I was born on March 24, 1971 at St. Ann's Hospital and i was in icu for the first 2 weeks of my life. i had a hole in my spine. my birth mom wrote a diaray of my activitys. i was adopted thru the Franklin County Children Services in Columbus, Ohio but may have had something to do with licking co. ohio. I have heard that my bio father was a police officer and my bio mother was a waitress/beautician/dancer this is my birth mothers info in 1971 age was 22 she was born 1948 race white religion methdist school garde completed 12 martial status single height 5'4" weight 170 hair color brown eyes hazel birth father info from 1971 age 26 dob unkown race white religion unkown grade completed 12 martial status single height 5'9" weight 205 hair blonde eyes blue.i was told that i might have 1 or 2 sisters i will be updating as i get the info | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
