Searching for birth mom. My name is Chris Clinton. I was adopted from Smithlawn Maternity Home in Lubbock, Texas. I am a W/M D.O.B. 12/31/1974 Birth Certificate # 204333-74 Awhile back I found an orignial birth certificate with the name Casey Clark where my name is on my current birth certificate. That birth certificate was numbered with the same I.D. # as my adoptive birth certificate. I have non-I.D. docs that I can send through the email I am desperatley seeking my birth mom.
