I am looking for the death date of Samuel M.Turner. He was married in Washington Co. Ill. to Pernona Caroline Marlow.in 1868 He was born 1848 & She was born in 1851. They had several children including my Grandmother who was born in Ill. but was reared by a foster family in Missouri from the age of 4. Why? What happened to her parents?
