Searching for birth mother or siblings. Birth mother Kazuko Susa and my birth name was Makoto Susa. Was born at Itaba Shi-ku, Toyko on January 8, 1973. Was adopted by John and Shirely Jamison on April 7, 1973. Birth mother had 1 son and 2 daughters. I have been told that father was killed in accident and Kuzuko could not afford to keep me. My parents were stationed in Japan with the military. My brother and sisters would be older than me and between 35 to 40 something.
