My birth parents; facts known: Adoption Tacoma WA. I was born in Madigan Hospital in Tacoma, WA 3/16/1968. Father was in the military. Mom approx. 5'7, 170 lbs. Dad 6'4" slim build. I was named Elizabeth at birth. I had eye problems and digestive problems while in the hospital at the time of my birth on 3/16/1968.
