 I am trying to find information on my great grand mother, Mary Etta Whitehorn, b. 01 Nov. 1890 d. 18 Dec 1960. There is confusion as to whether she was born in TX or north MS. She did have at least one sister born in Athens, TX. She married Samuel Thomas Friedman, they lived in TX for a while and moved to Covington, TN in 1906 where they stayed until their deaths. Mary Etta had four sisters, Cassie Whitehorn of Covington, TN, Mrs. Ollie Clevenger and Mrs Essie Lents both of Dallas, TX and Mrs. Bessie Baker of Mt. Pleasant,TX. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
