Hello everyone, I am looking for an Otis Bell. He should be in his 50's. He is German, White, and Black heritage. In the late 70's he was dating a woman named F. Juanita Long, and they had a little girl in 1977. He moved to Indiana I think, and she never heard from him again. The little girl that they had was my older sister Lanita Deshon Long Marshall, she had tried desperately in the past to get in contact with her father, but with no luck. She did how ever manage to get in contact with his sister, yet nothing came of it. The reason I am writing this query is because 5 years ago my sister passed away unexpectedly. She would have been 31 years old this year and it has always bothered me that her father may never know that she died. If there is anyone who can help me find him I will be forever grateful.
