Joseph Anderson, I am told, was adopted by a family by the name of Quinn, in Friendsville, PA around the age of 11 (approximately around the 1870=1875 time frame). Am looking for specific details (date,name of adoptive parents,etc). He and his birth mother eventually reunited and am wondering about his life prior to their reunion.
