I am looking for my birth mother. My name is Erik J Leach and I was born July 18th 1970 @ Elmhurst hospital in Illinois. The birth mother's name is Suzanne Hill (my adoption papers say "Baby Boy Hill". I was adopted by Don and Barb Leach. I am specifically interested in learning medical history of the birth parents as I have two children of my own that I would like to find out if there are any medial issues to be concerned or look out for.
