I am searching for the county in Ireland that my grandmother Elizabeth Ann Smythe (Smith when she arrived in New York apprx. 1889-91). Worked in the laundries in New York before taking a job with the Tenney Family (hat manufacturers)where she lived until 39 yrs. old. Married my grandfather Harry Nelson and had two children, Harry and Rita. Built homes in North Sea Southampton. Cannot locate what county in Ireland she was from.
