Searching for George McLagan (McLaggan, MacLagan, etc.); born about 1834 in Scotland. Emigrated to the US in 1853, but traveled to Central America about 1863. He was a planter somewhere there. He died between 1893 and 1900. Suggestions about where to start trying to locate him greatly appreciated.
