I was conceived in or near Onieda NY in February 1959. In June of 1959 Barbara Lomery drove to California to live. I was born in UCLA medical center 11.25.59 with a twin. I was raised by my mom with a twin sister both alive both refuse to help. California adoption records named Lowell Gene English as my birth father, dna tests with his live brother prove he was not.
