In search of Birth Mother. I am a White female born on November 29, 1963 in Huntington, IN. Adoption facilitated by Dr. Brubaker of Huntington. Non-Identifying info: 5lbs 13 ozs, 18 inches long. Time of birth: 9:28 am. Birth Mother was 22 years old and born in Indiana. I am in need of medical information prior to liver surgery in July of 2008.
