I am looking for information on John Barrett. He married Elizabeth Briscoe. They had one son that I know of, John C. Barrett, born in eastern Virginia 10-23-1814. John Barrett died between 1814-1824. After John's death Elizabeth remarried to James Jones. John C. Barrett married Ann Lay of Jefferson County VA and came to Franklin County MO in 1841. John C. Barrett died 12-3-1891. All of John C. Barrett's relatives still live in Franklin Co. MO or surrounding counties. If this information is relevent to anyone please email me. Annette Barrett
