looking for the relation of Major Charles Tracey Barter.Became a Pow on the 14 july 1950 died in Andong North Korea May 3 1951 his remain were never recovered.I was with his unit and would like to contact some one from the Family.His mother name was Carrie and his wife was name Doris.Please help time is short for me need to talk to his family Sign 40 Yards
