My mother's mother is Marie Friend. She had a sister, Helen, and a brother, Richard. Their parents are Elizabeth and Hiram Friend, and that is as far as I go. I would like to find distant relatives, and learn more about them. I think Elizabeth Friend's dad migrated from Ireland who had a brother who stayed in New York. The brother directly related to me is who went west, I think to Kansas, then ended up in Indiana. From there, my grandma ended up marrying Martin Oedekerk and lived in California. It is not much but that is all I have.
