GILL : RAWSON | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Query Text: |
I am looking for the birthplace in Yorkshire of Thomas Rawson Gill (1801) and William Rawson Gill(1814) It is likely to be in or around keighley Yorkshire. The name rawson gill has become my surname, however, I cannot find out when the two names were put together. A squire and the lady from the 'Big house' according to family history are supposed to be the original cause although I can find no evidence of this. I have been searching for 30 years for an answer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
