MATHESON EWEN I am seeking information about the descendents of Ewen Matheson who was born in the Isle of Skye in 1902. He emmigrated to Canada, served in WW11, married an English war bride. They had 3 sons Angus, Nigel and Gavin. Following the war, Mrs Matheson was not able to adapt to life in Canada with Ewen... so far from her family and familiar homeland so she and the boys returned to Entgland. Ewen died at the age of 60 and is buried in Medicine Hat Alberta. My father's family had many photos of Ewen taken when he worked on their farm in British Columbia in the 1930''s. I have these photos and my father is elderly but his memories are clear and he would love an opportunity to speak with any of Ewen's descendents to share what he knew about a man he considered a great friend. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
