Looking for birth mother, Paula Beaver, i was born William Henry Beaver September 28th 1954 in Prague Okla, i beleive a Doctor Judd delivered. Hospital and records have since burned down. Adoption process was done in Pawnee Okla. i was adopted at 36 hours old. to the best of my knowledge Paula Beaver was raised in Tulsa Okla, her father had a business in Tulsa. Paula Beaver lived with Charles and Alma Topper in Pawnee Okla while carrying me.
