I am searching for my daughter's paternal half-sister. Their birth father's last name is Boyer, he was born in 1971. In deference to his privacy, I can't publicly reveal further details. My daughter's half-sister was probably born in 2002, maybe late 2001 (?), in Virginia, maybe in Chesterfield County. My little girl doesn't have a relationship with her birth father, and to my understanding, neither does his other child, but I could be wrong about that. I do know the first name of my daughter's half-sister but won't reveal it publicly as she is a small child. My daughter and I (and our family) live in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
