Query Text:

Info on William H. Davies or Davis: born 1839 in Rockingham Co., Virginia son Of James A. Davies or Davis. He was a Medical Doctor and served in the army of the CSA 1863-1865 as an assistant surgeon. I would like to more about William and his family. He is my great-great grandfather. His 2nd wife was Margaret A. Phillips born 1849 in VA. The family later moved to Jackson County Co., Iowa and in 1897 relocated again to Rialto Township, San Bernardino Co., CA. William died there in 1901. Thanks to anyone that can help me with this.
