I am searching for my birth parent(s). My birth date is July 11, 1955. The adoption decree states my birth name as Stephanie Nyser. I was born in Los Angeles County Hospital, and was premature. I don't know whether the adoption was handled through a public or private agency. My adoptive parents are Virginia (deceased) and Harold Stuiber of Altadena, CA. My adoptive parents told me that a condition to my adoption was the my adoptive parents raise me as a Catholic.
