I am searching for maternal family. My Nana was Carrie Mae Datesman Smith Howell. Her biological Mother's name was Rebecca Datesman. Rebecca died in August of 1918. She left 2 daughters. Carrie and Bessie Datesman Heilhecker. Carrie had 4 daughters, Ruth (Louise), Dorothy, Grace and Helen. Helen was Grace's twin and died at 2 weeks of age. Dorothy died in 1990 and Louise & Grace are still living. Bessie had one son, Marr Heilhecker. Rebecca was also survived by a brother, Hervey Plotts and two sisters, Mrs. Watson Cline and Mrs Amos Reeder, all of Muncy PA. Rebecca had resided in Williamsport for the last 20 years of her life. I believe she is buried there. Any info would be a huge help. Thank you. Additional info that might help is that Carrie was adopted by the Smith family when she was about 8 years old. They raised her to adulthood but she maintained contact with her Mother, Rebecca.
