I am searching for my half-brother who was born in Del Norte, Colorado in either 1959 or 1960. Sorry for not giving specific dates but my mom who passed away this April would never discuss any of the details with me. The baby was most likely born during the summer months as even though I was only 4 or 5 years old I still remember sitting in the car waiting for my mom to leave the hospital. My siblings and I were told that my mom lost the baby. We didn't learn until 2001 when my dad passed away that we had a half brother. I have done everything I can think of including hiring a private investigator to find him but Colorado adoption laws are too tough. Now that my mom has passed away I believe I have a right to try and find/contact him.
