I was born in Phillips County Hospital on Sept. 30, 1971. My birth mother was approximately 20 years old at the time. I have been told that she was attending Phillips County Community College. This was a private adoption completed through Mr. Knox Kinney a attorney in Forrest City, AR. Mr & Mrs Kinney picked me up from the hospital and delivered me to my adoptive parents. They were Larry & Margaret Deitz of Forrest City. I can only assume that someone would have had to sign a release for this to happen. I have also been told that she either lived or was living in a exclusive area of homes between Helena and West Helena. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
