My adoption was a closed adoption and I was taken home from the hospital by my adoptive parents. My birth fathers name is Bruce J. Wilkinson. I was born in Salem Oregon on October on October 27, 1984 at Salem Hospital. The OB doctors name was Jon Schonblom, MD.
